AROMA & FLAVOR NOTES : Heavy body, with hints of raisin & milk chocolate, sweet aftertaste
FARMER | PRODUCER : This coffee is collected from three plots of farms near the active volcano of Wawo Muda: Watu Ata, Ata Gae and Tubu Tana. The cherries are traditionally wet-processed as opposed to the more prevalent semi-washed processed style of Indonesia. The result is a softer, cleaner cup with lots of body, highlighting the nuances of the local terroir. These are the beans we use for our Espresso.
